I. Shipping & Logistics Policy
At Ventura Jewels, we prioritize the absolute security of your acquisition from our atelier to your doorstep.
- •Complimentary White-Glove Delivery: We offer insured, complimentary global shipping on all orders. Each piece is transported via specialized armored couriers—such as Ferrari Group or Malca-Amit—to ensure maximum security.
- •Discrete Packaging: For your safety, the outer shipping container is entirely unmarked. The iconic Ventura Jewels presentation box is housed within a neutral, tamper-evident secondary layer.
- •Signature Requirement: All deliveries require a signature by an adult (21+) at the designated delivery address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.
- •Order Tracking: Once your creation has cleared our final quality inspection, you will receive a secure tracking link and a direct contact line to your logistics coordinator.
II. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the rare materials and custom nature of our high-jewelry creations, we maintain a strictly curated return process.
- •Return Window: We offer a 14-day return period for non-bespoke pieces in their original, pristine condition with all security tags attached.
- •Exclusions:
- Bespoke & Special Orders: Creations made to your specific dimensions or personalized with engravings are final sale.
- High-Jewelry Watches: Timepieces that have been sized or worn are not eligible for return.
- •The Inspection Process: All returns are subject to a mandatory laboratory inspection by our master gemologists to verify the authenticity of the stones and the condition of the gold. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
- •Return Logistics: To initiate a return, contact your Private Client Advisor. We will arrange for a secure, insured courier pickup at your convenience. Do not ship items back via standard mail.
III. Care & Repair FAQs
- How do I maintain the brilliance of my Ventura pieces?
- We recommend a professional inspection every six months. At home, use only a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe your gold and diamonds. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh household chemicals, which can dull the "mirror finish" of our 18K gold.
- Can I wear my Rubellite watch or rings daily?
- While our pieces are crafted for durability, rubellites and high-polish gold are precious materials. We suggest removing your jewelry during strenuous activity, swimming, or when using beauty products to preserve the stone's saturation and the gold's luster.
- What does the Ventura Life@me Warranty cover?
- Your creation is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or wear and tear from daily use.
- How do I arrange a repair?
- Should your piece require servicing—such as prong tightening, professional polishing, or link adjustment—please contact our Global Concierge. We provide a fully insured "Care Kit" for you to send the piece safely to our atelier.
- Can I have my piece serviced by a local jeweler?
- To maintain the integrity and value of your piece, all repairs and sizing must be performed exclusively by Ventura Jewels. Any third-party alterations or repairs will void your warranty and may affect the valuation of the piece.
